The terms that apply when you buy from NI Computers.

1. About Us

NI Computers is a trading name operating from Unit 12, Boucher Business Park, Belfast BT12 6HU, Northern Ireland. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products

We sell refurbished technology including laptops, desktops, phones, tablets and accessories. All products are sold as described on the relevant product listing, including the cosmetic grade assigned during our inspection process.

Product Grading

Every refurbished device is assigned a cosmetic grade. All grades are fully functional — grading refers to cosmetic condition only:

  • Grade A — Like New: minimal to no visible signs of use. May have very light micro-scratches only visible in direct light.
  • Grade B — Good: minor cosmetic marks or light scratches visible on close inspection. No impact on use or functionality.
  • Very Good — Visible Wear: noticeable scratches, scuffs or marks consistent with regular use. Fully functional in all respects.

Product images and descriptions on our website are representative. Specific cosmetic details for individual units are noted in the product listing.

3. Pricing and VAT

All prices on our website are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — there are no hidden fees.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place it.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa and Visa Debit
  • Mastercard and Mastercard Debit
  • American Express
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • PayPal

Payment is taken at the time of order. We do not store payment card details on our servers — all card data is handled directly by Stripe.

5. Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email — this is the point at which a contract is formed between us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including where a product is found to be out of stock, where there is an error in the product listing, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order after payment, a full refund will be issued promptly.

7. Returns and Warranty

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics and code — is owned by or licensed to NI Computers. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Subject to the above, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of products purchased from us or from our website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the price you paid for the relevant product.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms or a purchase will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first:

We will endeavour to resolve any complaint within 5 working days. If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may refer it to Trading Standards or seek resolution through the courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page. The terms applicable to your order are those in force at the time the order confirmation email is sent.
