Delivery Options
Free Standard Delivery
All orders over £75 qualify for free standard delivery anywhere in the UK. No code required — the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Standard Delivery — £7.95
Delivered within 2–3 working days via fully tracked courier. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Express Next-Day Delivery
Express next-day delivery is available at checkout for an additional charge. Orders must be placed before 2pm Monday to Friday to qualify. Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends will be dispatched the next working day for delivery the day after.
Order Processing
We dispatch orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday on the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm or over the weekend are dispatched the next working day.
During busy periods (including bank holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We will always notify you by email if there is any delay.
Tracking
All orders are fully tracked and insured. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom:
- Northern Ireland: 2–3 working days (standard)
- Mainland UK: 2–3 working days (standard)
- Scottish Highlands and Islands: may take an additional working day due to carrier routing
We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the United Kingdom.

You are welcome to collect your order free of charge from our Belfast store:

Select "Collect in Store" at checkout. We will send you an email when your order is ready (usually within a few hours of placing the order during store hours). Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.
Store hours: Monday to Friday 9am–5:30pm, Saturday 10am–4pm.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@nicomputers.co.uk or call 028 9024 1234. Please include your order number and photographs where possible.
