Every device we sell passes the same rigorous inspection process that earned our Australian operation its reputation. We don't cut corners — whether it's a £300 laptop or a £1,200 MacBook Pro, it gets the same treatment.
Our 30-Point Inspection Process
Every device passes through eight key stages before it's listed on our site.
Intake Assessment
Every device is logged, photographed and given an initial assessment to determine condition and viability.
Hardware Diagnostics
Full diagnostic testing — CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, battery health, thermal performance and stress testing.
Component Testing
Every port, button, speaker, microphone, webcam, keyboard key and trackpad gesture is individually tested.
Cosmetic Grading
Devices are graded A, B or Very Good based on cosmetic condition. Every mark and blemish is documented honestly.
Data Sanitisation
All previous data is securely wiped using certified erasure methods that meet GDPR and industry standards.
OS Installation
A fresh, licensed operating system is installed with the latest updates and drivers. Ready to use out of the box.
Quality Assurance
Final QA check by a second technician. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, display calibration and battery runtime verified.
Packaging & Dispatch
Devices are cleaned, carefully packaged with appropriate cables and chargers, and dispatched with tracked shipping.
